ASSISTANT LEGAL CASHIER - WEST MIDLANDS
We are working with a Law Firm in the West Midlands who are looking for an Assistant Legal Cashier - (on-site).
Dealing with the daily transactions on both client and office account, processing bank payments and receipts, dealing with cheques, taking card payments from clients, dealing with petty cash, general matter queries and purchase ledger processing.
You will have previous finance/accounting experience and some prior legal cashiering experience would be preferable, but this is not essential.
Excellent benefits and salary £22,000-£24,000.

LEGAL CASHIER - LONDON
We are working with a law firm in North London to recruit a full time Legal Cashier (on-site).
Responsibilities include:
Processing daily transactions
Purchase ledger processing
Billing
Dealing with all aspects of legal aid agency transactions
Bank reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules
Must have legal aid experience, excellent attention to detail and be able to manage your own workload
Salary up to £35,000 Full time equivalent - depending on experience

LEGAL FINANCE MANAGER - TELFORD
We are working with a professional law firm to recruit a Legal Finance Manager in Telford, part time and full time working considered for the right candidate (hybrid).
This role will incorporate all areas of legal finance, including managing a small team within the finance department, ensuring compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules and other regulatory requirements, payment processing, management reporting, VAT returns, payroll etc.
This could be approx. 28 hours per week or full time for the right candidate.
Must have previous legal finance and SRA Accounts Rules experience.

LEGAL CASHIER – LONDON
We are working with a specialist law firm to recruit a Legal Cashier (hybrid) dealing with both legal aid and private matters.
Responsibilities include:
Processing the day to day transactions
Bank reconciliations
Payment processing
Compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules and Regulations
Dealing with ledger queries
Dealing with transfers, taking credit card payments and reconciliations
You will have previous legal cashiering experience, including legal aid experience with knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules, this role has the opportunity for growth
