I have really appreciated the opportunity of working with James at BlueSky Legal Finance Solutions over the past month. I feel that it is always important for an outside set of eyes to review your processes and systems to ensure that you are taking your compliance responsibilities seriously. The approach that James provided was very thorough and he provided a very detailed review of what we were doing well and areas where we may want to consider adaptions and we were therefore able to draw on his vast experience of working across many practices dealing with different areas of law which was very insightful and which has allowed us to refine our processes going forwards. James found me my current job at a time when I was uncertain as to the direction I wished to follow. Since my first contact with him, James has always listened, been empathetic and accessible. Having not been through a formal recruitment process for many years, I was unsure of what to expect but James put me at ease, patiently answering all of my questions and remaining supportive throughout the process. James provided a very personal service which I really appreciated. He has remained in touch, checking on my progress and making me feel that I am not just a number.

I have also attended one of BlueSky's webinars which I found extremely helpful as it confirmed my understanding whilst still teaching me new things. In addition, the compliance tips that BlueSky post on LinkedIn are invaluable.
